COMMIT Ministries is inviting you to help with the on-going construction needs of a High School in one of the large, very poor, tribal communities in western Kenya. This community is devastated by HIV/AIDS. Prior to the formation of the school, many orphans in this area had been unable to attend school because of the expense which is always borne by the students family. It is nearly impossible for 70 percent of these children to attend secondary school simply because their parents are dying or have died due to AIDS. The Mugomari Secondary School, however, invites students to come and encourages them to trust that God will provide and thus far, 235 have done so and over 400 more have recently applied to attend. The school does not have enough classroom space at the present time to accommodate all who desire to attend so construction continues; eight buildings are needed in all. Most of our teams will be involved in supervised construction and even if you do not have special skills, you will be doing work that cannot be done by anyone else. And the relationships with the kids? Well, there are lots of teenagers and 600 primary students who desperately need to know that Jesus loves them and your actions will go a long way in letting them know jesus in person! You will also visit the Maasai Tribe and take part in a day safari in one of the world renowned game reserves. Some teams will take part in community medical camps in tandem with a local hospital. Debriefing is provided and on most trips, this will take place in Nairobi. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND NO SPECIAL LANGUAGE SKILLS NEEDED as all of the students speak English. Long term placement is also available to many of our team members for three months, six months or even one year. WARNING THIS TRIP WILL ONLY SERVE JESUS CHRIST.

hiding the water on the farm property we are in the process of developing for agricultural purposes among the Maasai. It's
about 580 feet down so kindly pray that we will be able
to raise the $55,000 needed to drill, pipe, and pump the
water up.
